Churches Together in Brentwood
Churches Together in Brentwood (CTB) was launched in the summer of 2000. It brings together 22 churches across all the main denominations to join in worship and witness together to our common faith. In particular it arranges an annual United Pentecost Service and a Good Friday Procession of Witness. Since 2005 CTB has also organised a Candlelit Procession through the High Street and programmes of traditional and contemporary Christian music, as part of the Borough Council’s “Lighting Up Brentwood” day of Christmas celebrations, attended by an estimated 10,000 people.
